WebSite Design Process

Gravity Infosys has created a useful process which allows you to create very useful web utilities and not just websites. Our process is geared around the needs of the customer and it is very flexible from customer to customer.

Whether this is your first web site, web site updates or other services we provide. We want to assure that you get exactly what you want at a price within your budget. To achieve this we will sit down with you either in person or on the phone and work out your web site. You can submit drawings or actual functioning sites which you would like yours modeled after.

We will discuss with you, goals for your website and then design a website which will help you achieve those goals. At this point we will agree upon a price that you will pay for the finished website and also a maintenance fee depending upon the size and functionality of your site. If you host/maintain the site on your own, than the maintenance fee is not chargeable, this is totally up to you. We will discuss with you the costs and benefits to both options.

In the next step we will create a demo first home page. This proof will allow you to see the design and layout of your web site before it is fully created. At this point based on your feedback of the demo, we will either go ahead with the design we have created or create another demo to your specifications. This process will continue until we have developed a design that meets the needs of your website.

Once we have agreed upon a demo, we will then design your web site using the demo. Once the design is complete, we will send you a functional copy of your site which you can view, test and correct. If by chance something is incorrect we will make the changes and re-submit the website again with the corrections. Once you finalized the functional web site in correct working, we will either upload it to your server or send it to you on CD or by Email.

At this point, we will then bill you for our web design and hosting services.
